SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: found at http://www.wphstore.com.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products and/or services. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Shipping & Delivery Options
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. The customer is responsible for choosing the preferred shipping method from the list of available options during the checkout process.
Shipping Fees
We offer the following shipping methods:
US Postal Service Delivers in 7-10 business days within the contiguous United States
FedEx Delivers in 1-5 business day within the contiguous United States
Shipping and handling fees determined by recipient address and shipment weight. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
Subscription Fulfillment
If you purchase a subscription to dated curriculum then we will deliver within 4-6 weeks prior the start of the quarter. Other subscription material shipping and delivery information is included in the product/service description. All subscriptions will ship only after payment has been verified.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping in most countries. For information about customs processes, please refer to the receiving country’s customs policies.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Wesleyan Publishing House does not assume responsibility for shipments after they have been delivered to the customer's preferred shipper for transport. The shipper assumes responsibility until the shipment is delivered to the customer. In the case of items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, the customer is responsible to place a new order. In some cases, the customer may be eligible for discounted product depending on circumstances.
