About the Author:
Keith Loy is the Founding Senior Pastor of Celebrate Church, a multiplication church that launched in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 1999. It has since grown into a thriving church. Keith is driven by his passion for reaching the lost, and he is fueled by the personal story of a life changed by Christ. Keith and his wife, Kay, have three daughters, and three grandchildren.
