About the Author:
Dr. Wilbur G. Williams served as professor of Old Testament and Archaeology at Indiana Wesleyan University from 1967 to 2017, then retired after 50 years of teaching at the age of 87. He traveled 156 times to the Holy Land, leading tours and participating in archeological digs. Dr. Williams (1929-2021) lived at home with his wife, Ardelia (1924-2021), in Marion, Indiana, until their deaths.
