About the Authors:

Dr. Larry Lindsay has served as the Chief Academic and Operations Officer for the Ron Blue Institute for Financial Planning at Indiana Wesleyan University, Interim Provost and Chief Academic Officer, and Chief of Staff for the Office of the President. Larry was the Founding Dean for the School of Health Sciences, the Founding Chair of the Educational Leadership Program, and the Founding Chair of the Doctoral Program in Organizational Leadership at the University. He was a professor of leadership, Executive Director for Graduate Studies in Education, and led the development of and chaired the School Leadership Program - Principal Licensure Preparation.

Dr. Mark A. Smith is President of Columbia International University with nearly two decades of experience as a Christian higher education administrator. Prior to his current position, Dr. Smith served as the President of Ohio Christian University for 11 years.
