About the Author:
Tim Fox is founding and lead pastor of Hydrant Church, an older congregation that he led through a shutdown and restart. He serves as a coach and consultant for new pastors and struggling churches with the East North Carolina District of The Wesleyan Church and is the founder of ReThink Small, an organization that empowers small church leaders to answer God’s call through training cohorts and conferences. Tim has a doctor of ministry degree from West Coast Bible College and Seminary and is married to Anita; they have two children, Noah and Sophia.
